§ 02Approach
A building delivered late has failed, however well it was designed.
Antema Yapı is a contractor. Our work is not to be admired; it is to hand over the building we committed to, on the date we committed to, within the tolerance we committed to.
Because the panels are produced under controlled factory conditions, weather, labour fluctuation and on-site workmanship are taken off the critical path. There is one party accountable: us.
§ 03Structural System
Double-Panel (Shear Wall) Structural System
The space between the two panels is filled with concrete, and 35 mm of C40-class shotcrete is applied to both outer faces. The walls act as shear walls, and the building behaves as a single monolithic piece without columns or beams.

Site, zoning and brief are tested against the system to establish suitability and a coarse cost range.

Structural design
Structural system, connection details and reinforcement layout are engineered and taken through approval.

Production planning
The panel schedule, production plan and delivery sequence are built around the assembly programme.

Panel production and quality control
Steel-mesh EPS panels are made in the factory. Dimensional checks are recorded for every batch.

On-site assembly and shotcrete
Panels are assembled on site, both faces are sprayed with shotcrete and the core is cast in place. Site time is assembly time.
