Submitted information is retained during the housing project's feasibility, presale, delivery, and warranty periods, in accordance with the statutory limitation periods set forth in commercial and obligations law (up to 10 years). Upon expiration, records are securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized. The union-membership declaration is kept only for as long as the allocation assessment requires.
